This tutorial will help you know how to access your year-end tax statement (Form W-2) and will guide you through the process. You can access your Form W-2 in one of three ways: online, by mail, and receive from the distribution center. The online option tends to be the fastest way to access your original W-2, although you may have to consent for online delivery. If you prefer to receive it from the distribution center, you must follow the W2s distribution notice, which will be posted in mid-January. A third option is to access by mail; if you do not consent to online delivery, Form W-2 will be postmarked to your home address no later than 31st January each year.
