ShopRite Pay Stubs & W2s

Employees of ShopRite, Price Rite, DearBorn, The Fresh Grocer, and Wakefern can quickly and easily access their pay stubs and tax statement forms online by logging into Employee Self-Service. The self-service portal can be accessed through ess.wakefern.com. Below are the steps for logging into the Self-service online system to check your pay stubs and W2s. If you experience any issues with accessing your self-service account, you can contact them at 908-527-3300.

View your Pay Stubs and Tax Statement via ESS

1. Open an internet browser and type in ess.wakefern.com. The self-service screen will appear.
2. Enter your user ID
3. Enter your password
4. Click on the Sign In.

New user: The new employees will have received a letter from the IT help desk with a user ID and password. The terminated employees will also have received a letter with a temporary password. Both new and released users will see a “Password Expired” message during successful login. Therefore, they have to change the temporary password. To change, click on the “Click here to change your password” link.

1. From the self-service home page, click “Payroll and Compensation,” then click “View Paycheck.” In the next window, you will be able to view the most recent pay stubs arranged by check date.
2. To view W-2 statements, click View W-2/W-2c Forms under “Payroll and Compensation.” Now, you have to select a year-end tax form that you would like to view, and then a new window will open for your selected W-2.
3. To view the historical W-2 statement from the Tax Form Management website, go to www.mytaxform.com, enter ShopRite’s employer code 10410, and log in with your social security number and PIN.
