Safelite employees have the ability to log on and access their payroll information online before payday. By leveraging the ADP Vantage HCM system, getting your pay stubs and W2s has never been easier. Here are the steps to help you get started.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Registering in ADP Vantage

To access your pay statements and W2s online, you need to activate your account in the ADP Vantage HCM system. Follow these steps to complete your registration:

• Go to the ADP Vantage Website: Open your web browser and navigate to https://adpvantage.adp.com.
• Register an Account: Click on “Register Here.”
• Enter Registration Code: Type in the registration code: mysafelite-43235, and click “Go.”
• Validate Your Account: Click “Yes” to confirm that you’re setting up an account with Safelite.
• Enter Your Information: Provide your name, employee ID, the last four digits of your SSN, and your date of birth. Complete the CAPTCHA security check and click “Confirm.”
• Confirm Your Record: If your record is found, your name will appear. Click “Register Now.”
  • If you do not see your name, contact People Direct at 800.631.6966 or email PeopleDirect@Safelite.com.
• Enter Your Contact Information: On the ADP Vantage registration page, enter your email address and, optionally, your phone number.
• Create a Password: Set up a unique password to use the ADP Vantage system on your work or personal devices. Note that this User ID and password are separate from your work single sign-on credentials.
• Set Security Questions: Select and answer three security questions.
• Agree to Terms & Conditions: Review the terms and conditions, and click “I Agree.”
• Complete Registration: Click “Register Now.”

Once registered, you can log in to ADP Vantage by selecting “User Login” and entering your credentials.

Note: If you’re accessing the system from a work computer or through hr.safelite.com, you will need to use your single sign-on credentials.

Viewing & Printing Pay Stubs and W2s

Accessing Pay Stubs

On a Computer:

• Log in to ADP Vantage.
• Navigate to the “Pay” section.
• You’ll see a list of your pay statements.
• Click on a specific pay date to view details.
• To print, click the “Download Pay Statement” button to save the statement as a PDF, then open and print it.

On the Mobile App:

• Install the ADP mobile app from Google Play or the iPhone App Store.
• Tap on the “Pay” icon to view your pay statements.
• Select a specific pay date to view the details.
• To print, download the statement and print it from your device.

Accessing W2 Forms

On a Computer:

• Log in to ADP Vantage.
• Navigate to the “Pay” section.
• Click on “Tax Statements” to view your W2 forms.
• Select the desired W2 form to view details.
• To print, click the “Download Statement” button to save the form as a PDF, then open and print it.

On the Mobile App:

• Tap on the “Pay” icon.

• To print, download the statement and print it from your device.
