Employees- If you already have enrolled in the direct deposit program or have a Com-data payroll debit pay card, you may access the Ceridian Self-Service system to retrieve your payroll statement and year-end tax statement online and also use the Ceridian self-service app to view your earning reports with three months of history, view the year-end tax statements with three years of history. Add or edit your direct deposit information, personal information, and more.

Accessing Pay Stubs and W-2s Through Ceridian Self-Service

1. To access the Ceridian online system, please follow this link: https://sss2.ceridian.com/scasurgery
2. Login Credentials: To access the system, you must enter the login credential, including the user name and password. The user name will be the first initial of your first name, full last name, and final four digits of your SSN (both initial letters in C.A.P.s). The password is at least eight characters alpha-numeric password of your choice. Contact your payroll office for a temporary password if you are new to the system. If you forget your password, click the “Forget you Password” link, and enter your user name; then, you will receive a system-generated password.
3. If you are login using the temporary password, you will be immediately prompted to change the temporary password.
4. Once you have signed up for the direct deposit program, you will not receive a paper copy. To sign up for the direct deposit program, Click on the Direct Deposit link, and you will be required to complete a few steps.
5. If you do not receive your following earning statement online, you must wait for one more pay cycle. If you have any additional questions, you can post in the comment sections or fill up the need assistance form.
6. To receive your year-end tax statement online, you must choose the online delivery option. Once you have opted into the electronic delivery, you will not receive a paper copy. But you may opt-out at any time to revert to paper delivery of your W-2s.
