How to Access Randstad Pay Stubs
All Randstad employees can access their pay stubs online through the MyConnect or Workplace portal. To view your pay stubs, follow these simple steps:
- Go to www.workplace.randstad.com and log in using your username and password. If you are a new user, you will need to complete a one-time activation process. To activate your account, click on “New User” and provide the following details:
- Date of birth
- Last name
- The last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN)
- Create a user ID and password.
- Click on “View Paycheck” under the “Payroll” section.
- View and print your pay stubs. Your most recent pay stub will be displayed, and you can print it as needed.
Accessing Your 2024 W-2
our 2024 W-2 will be available on the self-service portal by January 31, 2025. To access your W-2, ensure that you have updated your security questions on the portal.
To update security questions, follow these steps:
- Log on to www.workplace.randstad.com.
- Click on “My System Profile” and select “Change or set up forgotten password help” to add your security questions and answers.
- Make sure the rest of your information is up to date.
If you haven’t registered for the self-service portal or updated your security questions by January 21, 2025, your W-2 will be emailed to the address we have on file by January 31, 2025.
How to Consent to Electronic W-2
To receive your W-2 electronically, make tax season easier by following these steps:
- Log into www.workplace.randstad.com and click on “Electronic W-2 Consent” under the “Payroll” section.
- Check the box next to “Check here to indicate your consent to receive electronic W-2 and W-2c forms.”
- Verify your identity by entering the last four digits of your SSN.
- Once completed, you will see a confirmation screen verifying your enrollment in electronic W-2.
Randstad’s Automated Phone System
Starting January 31, 2021, employees can also request a W-2 via Randstad’s Automated Phone System (IVR) to avoid long wait times:
- Call 1-877-601-7453.
- When prompted, enter your SSN and date of birth.
- Follow the prompts for W-2.
- Choose either email (24-hour processing) or mail (5-7 days).
Wage/Employment Verification
The Work Number website is to handle all the verification needs of Randstad employees. The Work Number system provides employment and wage information through its automated and confidential website at www.theworknumber.com, which is also offered via phone immediately upon request. During verification, you will be asked to enter your employer code, 10998 (for years before 2012, the company code is 10480), and some personal and confidential information.

I’m trying to get acess to my W2 . but the workplace website is not working.
I’ve been working with a company that uses workplace for payroll its how I access my Paystubs and W2 and I have come to the conclusion that the website is down during the weekend and back up during weekdays. Ive caught on to the pattern so I always make sure I get what I need during weekdays because usually come the weekend the website isnt available. Hope this helps.

I check the site on weekends and weekdays and the site still acts up. during the weekends it is worse but the weekday I can get in but only after I reset my password multiple times. this is unprofessional and I need my paystubs for a loan I got approved for and I cant send them anything.
