Mcdonald’s Pay Stubs & W2s (Costa Enterprises)

Every employee hopes to feel like a family by working for a company during his career. David Costa Enterprises is a franchise company of McDonald’s Corporation where all employees are considered part of the same family. Here, employees learn to believe in empowerment from entry-level to achieve lifelong goals by learning, traveling, and growing. This company’s mission is to quickly serve hot and fresh food by hiring qualified employees with equal employment opportunities to care for the community. As a result, each of the twenty-eight restaurants operated by David Costa Enterprises throughout Northwest Florida offers guests a magical McDonald’s experience unlike any other McDonald’s restaurant experience. In addition, believing in each restaurant’s positive presence in local communities, this company’s success is driven by the authority’s mindset of ensuring all opportunities for hardworking employees. That’s why David Costa Enterprises has the Doculivery Employee Self-Service Portal for employees to access all employment information and benefits, including Pay Stubs and W2 Statements, through a single platform.

As a result, all the employees and officials can focus on serving the guests without tension, and the company’s success increases tremendously. All new and old employees will get details on how to open all your latest and old statements in HTML or PDF format and print them if necessary by following this article.

  • Use this link (https://my.doculivery.com/External/costamcd/Login.aspx) to reach the David Costa Enterprises employee login page on the Doculivery Employee Self-Service Portal. Then enter your respective Doculivery account User ID and Password. Then press the “Log In” option to proceed to the Doculivery main interface. The pattern of the User ID is to use your Last Name and Time Card Number. The initial password for the new employees is your respective Social Security Number (SSN). New employees can be instructed to change passwords and set up security questions by the Doculivery system after signing in for the first time.
  • If you try logging into the Doculivery system by inputting the wrong password five times a row, your Doculivery account will be locked out. In that case, you can receive a temporary password by visiting the “Forgotten Password” link, providing the necessary information, and clicking the “Email me my password” button. Then after logging in using the temporary password (copy and paste to avoid mistakes), you can change your password and reset it as you choose. To change the password, navigate to the “Manage Your Account” tab from the Doculivery Main Screen and click the “Change Password” link. Then enter the old password, type the new password twice, and hit the “Change Password” button to complete the process.
  • From the tabs available on the Doculivery Main Screen, explore the “Statement” tab to view your latest Pay Stub and the “Historic Statement” tab to view all previous Pay Stubs. Your W2 Statements will be emailed to you as soon as they are available on the portal. In this case, you must navigate to “Add Email Delivery Option” and enter your email address in the “Enter Email address” option. Else, you will receive a hard copy of the W2 Statement by mail to your home by January 31st. With the Email Delivery Option enabled, you will receive a link in your email whenever your Pay Stubs and W2 Statements are refreshed on the portal. You can click on and enter your password to view the details.
