  • Before attempting to access the ADP Employee Self-Service Portal, you must have your User ID and Password with the ADP Access Link (https://my.adp.com). Otherwise, J. Crew Group’s ADP Registration Code must be known for starting the registration process. The ADP Registration Code will be given to you; otherwise, you will collect it from the Payroll Department of J. Crew Group. And nowadays, everyone usually has an active email account and phone number.
  • All must first reach the sign-in page by visiting the ADP access link (https://my.adp.com) for both login and registration. Returning users with ADP User ID and Password can directly log in to the ADP dashboard or start registration by clicking the “Create account” link. Now you are in the first step of the ADP registration process, where you must enter the ADP Registration Code in the “I have a registration code” option to proceed to the next step; otherwise, continue the registration process through the “Find me” option. Then you have to provide some of your personal information like name, date of birth, employee ID or social security number, etc., and complete identity verification. In ADP systems, the identity of users is usually verified through a phone number or some identity questions. In this case, a verification code should be received on the phone number and submitted to the system, or the questions on the screen should be answered correctly. Then you must provide an active email account and phone number, which must be verified. To verify your Contact info, click the “Verify” button next to each contact, receive the verification code separately, and submit those to the system. Finally, in the last step, collect your User ID, create your Password, and click on the checkbox to accept the terms and conditions of the system. Now all that is left is to complete the ADP registration process by clicking the “Create Your Account” button.
  • Pay Stubs and W2 Statements: Sign in to the ADP Portal when you want or need to check the details of your Pay Stubs or W2 Statements. By clicking on “Pay” from HOME MENU, you will see your latest pay stub on the screen, and by clicking on “View All Pay Statements,” the list of all pay stubs will appear on the screen. Explore the “Tax Statements” option to view year-end W2 Statements.
