How do you access the pay stubs & W2 statements on the Portal?
To know about your pay stubs and w2 statements as an employee of The Contura Energy, Inc., you have to visit the portal log-in page first with the original link provided by UltiPro as https://e32.ultipro.com/. Then please log in with your User Name and Password login credentials to access the pay stubs and w2 statements on this portal.
The Personal UltiPro Screen or dashboard will be available on the screen after successfully logging in to the portal. It can access your pay stubs and w2 statements, as well as your personal, contact, and other information.
The following steps are essential for new or first-time users on this portal:
Step-1: Visit the UltiPro payroll portal’s login page with the original link provided by the UltiPro authority and complete your initial login by entering your User Name and Initial Password.
Your User Name is the first initial of first name + last name + 6 digits employee ID. Example: Suppose your name is Susan Johnson, then your User Name will be sjohnson123456. The default or Initial Password is the date of birth. Please, contact your employer or Payroll coordinator for more information about your Username and Default or Initial Password.
Step 2: Now, the Password changing Screen will be available on the screen, and please change your default or initial password. You have to follow the instructions and password requirements properly from the screen provided by the system.
Step 3: The challenge questions screen will be available on the screen after changing the Initial Password. Now, select from the dropdown list and answer any three challenge questions.
Step-4: Finally, you can manage and view all your personal, contact, and other information, documents, and benefits because the Personal UltiPro Screen will appear on the screen. On the dashboard, a Menu bar is located on the screen’s left top.
For your future login attempt on this portal, please provide your User Name and New Password that you have changed after your initial login.
There is a link to Forgot Your Password on the login page. You can retrieve your forgotten password with this link. You can get proper help to reset your password by providing your User Name or can have a password reset link by providing your User Name and Company access code. Your company access code is available in the HR department.
