But these are not the subject of my discussion; the main topic of my discussion is the distribution process of Pay Stubs and W2 Statements to all employees associated with Aston Carter Company. The Paperless Employee Self-Service Portal is being used for this distribution process.

  • As Aston Carter is an operating company under the Allegis Group, internal employees can quickly check Pay Stubs and W2 Statements using the “My Pay” app by accessing the company’s intranet site. However, here I am detailing how new employees can enter the CIC Plus site and create an account to check their Pay Stubs and W2 Statements.
  • First, reach the Login page through this link (https://www.paperlessemployee.com/allegis) and click on the “Create Account” button with the blue color box on the right side. Here you will find the first step, named Account Authentication, where you have to validate your identity with some personal information. Enter your Employee ID (eight digits), Social Security Number (nine digits), and Date of Birth (in mm-dd-yyyy format) and click on the Captcha’s checkbox. Then go to the second step by clicking on the “Authenticate & Create Account” button. Please provide your first and last names in the “Account Name” option. Create a unique User ID between 6 to 15 characters by combining letters and numbers in the “Create Your User ID” option. Create your password and input it in both the input boxes of the “Create a Password” option. Pay attention to the instructions given for the password while creating the password. Enter the verification code by receiving the verification code through any of the contacts listed below in the “Receive a verification code” option. Here you can use any of the options set for text or call and must complete the verification within 15 minutes of receiving the code. Complete the setup (selecting and answering questions) in the “Answer Security Questions” step and provide your email address in the following “Contact Information” step. While inputting, the Email Address must be verified by clicking on the “Verify Email” button and submitting the received verification code. In the last step, select your notification options according to your preference, then click “Save Notifications Options Settings,” and you will be logged into your account immediately.
  • Now, if you look at the left side of the screen from “Home” of the portal, you will find two options named “Pay Statements” and “Year-End Tax Statements.” If you open “Pay Statements,” you will find your Pay Stubs; if you open “Year-End Tax Statements,” you will find your W2 Statements.
