Actuant Corporation offers for their US employees a simple, user friendly 3rd party online portal for viewing employment documents. The third party online portal is called Ceridian Self Service. Therefore you can use the Ceridian Self Service to viewing and printing current and previous pay check stubs and W-2s, also manage your direct deposit bank account, update your address, contact information and much more. If you are separated from Actuant you will not have access to the online portal, you will need to contact HR dept. of Actuant for any issue regarding your payroll. If you are new employee, you will access the self-service portal 2 weeks after your official start date.
You can access your account or paystub/W-2s by navigate to the Ceridian Self-service home page Actuant at https://sourceselfservice2.ceridian.com/actuant
The Login page will appear. Enter your login information.
If this is your first time logging into the Ceridian self-service portal, you will need to contact with your payroll office. The payroll administrator will be provide you the username and password to access the system.
Once you have successfully logged into the system with default password, you will be prompted to change your password. To change your password, enter the default password then enter your new password and click Save.
The next step will ask you to set up security image. To set up security image, click on any image that showing in window, or more image link for custom image. Click Save.
You will be asking for select and provide answer of six security questions. Click Submit.
Now you are registered to access Ceridian service online.
