Accessing Pay Stubs
Waffle House employees can easily access their pay stubs through the My Waffle House portal. Here’s how:
Log In to Your Account:

- Enter your email and password, then click “Log in.”
Access Your Pay Stubs:
- Once logged in, navigate to the section labeled “Payroll” or “Paychecks.”

To get started, new users must register for an account. Simply click the “Create an Account” link on the login page, and enter your first and last name (exactly as they appear on your paycheck), Social Security number, date of birth, and email address. Waffle House generates W-2 forms for each employee in January every year. These forms are mailed to your home address by the last week of January.
