More than 1,500 people across seven states call XLC Services their workplace home. Founded in 1987 as a subsidiary of d.e. Foxx & Associates, XLC Services has been a leader in optimizing processes for the consumer goods, automotive, and R&D industries, providing essential services like warehousing, custom packaging, distribution, and manufacturing. As a Minority Business Enterprise headquartered in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio, XLC Services continues to grow while keeping its focus on simplifying and streamlining business processes. For employees, accessing your pay stubs and tax forms online is a crucial part of staying informed about your payroll and tax status. This blog will guide you through the process of accessing XLC Services pay stubs and W2s using the secure Green Employee platform.
Getting Started with Green Employee
XLC Services provides an easy and secure way to access pay stubs and tax documents through the Green Employee online portal. Before accessing your pay stub or W2, it’s important to note that you must first receive your initial paycheck and create an account with Green Employee. Below are the steps to get started.
Step-by-Step Guide to Registration
- Part 1: Visit the Green Employee online portal for XLC Services employees by using the following web address: http://xlcservices.greenemployee.com/.
- Part 2: Click on the “Employee Portal” button located under the Employee Hub section.
Creating Your Greenshades Account
If you’re new to XLC Services, you’ll need to create a Green Employee account before you can access payroll documents.
- Part 3: From the Green Employee homepage, select “Create an Account”. You cannot log in until this account setup is completed.
- Part 4: Enter your email address and create a password that meets the required rules. Then click Continue.
- Part 5: You will receive an email with a link to continue the account creation process. Click the ‘Continue GreenEmployee Account Setup’ link within the email.
- Part 6: After clicking the link, you’ll be prompted to verify your identity using your SSN (without dashes) and last name. Do not use your employee ID or date of birth for this step.
- Part 7: Once verified, you’ll be asked to authenticate using either email or text verification. If your phone cannot receive text messages, you may select the email option.
- Part 8: Once verified, you can return to the login (home) screen and use your email and the password you created to log in.
Note: You can also set up your account using the Green Employee app on iPhone or Android, making it easy to access your pay information on the go.
Navigating Greenshades Online
When you log in for the first time, you’ll go through a Welcome Wizard. Here are the key features you’ll need to set up:
- Email Verification and Notifications: Confirm your email address and choose how you’d like to be notified when new documents are available.
- Document Preferences: Choose to receive certain documents, such as W-2s, electronically rather than by mail.
- Direct Deposit Setup: Add your bank account information to set up direct deposit for payroll.
- Contact Information Verification: Make sure your address and contact details are up-to-date.
- W-4 Form Submission: Fill out your W-4 if you haven’t already.
How to View & Print Pay Stubs
Once logged in, you can navigate through the site using the icons at the top of the page. There are two main ways to view your pay information:
- Homepage Section: Your homepage will display basic information about your most recent payment, such as gross pay, taxes, deductions, and net pay. Click on “View” for a detailed version of your pay stub.
- Pay History Page: Click on the “Pay History” icon to see all past pay stubs. You can find specific documents by pay date or amount using the dropdown menu.
How to View & Print W2s
To access your W2s, click on Pay History → Tax Forms after logging in to your Green Employee account. From there, you can select your W2 and hover over the PDF to see options for downloading or printing. Note that you will get an email notification by January 31st each year once your W2 is available for download. W2 forms are available online until December 31st of each year, and XLC Services strongly encourages employees to print them from the portal, as they are not printed in the office.
Mobile App Access
For added convenience, you can access Green Employee using your smartphone by downloading the Greenshades app from the App Store or Play Store. You can follow the same instructions above to view your payroll documents, although you will only be able to view (not download or print) documents through the mobile app.
Getting Help
