Registration process:

(When you are a new user, you must first complete this registration process.)

  1. First, navigate the portal’s login page using this URL: https://www.paystubportal.com/wcs and click on the Register Now hyperlink.
  2. Then Submit your Employee ID, Date of Birth following the format as MMDD (Example: Input 1031 for October 31), and the last three digits of your Social Security Number (SSN) as the initial part of your registration process.
  3. Now, complete the registration process by adequately creating your PIN as login credentials and following the on-screen instructions.
  4. Finally, you can activate the pay summary notification through Text message or Email by providing your phone number and email address in the definite field and enabling the Email or text message option.

Sign-in Process:

(This process is mandatory for all users. Without signing in with the correct credentials, you will not be able to have your documents.)

  1. Go to the portal sign-in page using https://www.paystubportal.com/wcs.
  2. Enter your Employee ID.
  3. Enter your new PIN.
  4. Click on the Sign In button.

W2 Statements: Your w2 statement will be posted at your home address within January 31 of every year.
