Currently, it chains almost 250 restaurants in different locations in the United States, China, UAE, etc. Many employees work under this company to receive the pay stubs and w2 statements electronically and efficiently manage the information via the UltiPro Payroll portal.
How do you access the pay stubs & W2 statements on the Portal?
When you are an employee of The Habit Restaurants Inc. and want to know about your pay stubs and w2 statements, you first have to visit the portal login page with the actual link provided by UltiPro as http://n21.ultipro.com/. From the login page, you can log in with your login credentials as User Name and Password.
When you are logged in to the Portal successfully, you will see the Personal UltiPro Screen or dashboard on the screen and get access to your pay stubs and w2 statements. Besides, you can manage your personal, contact, and other information.
If you are using the Portal for the very first time, then you have to follow some steps such:
Step-1: Visit the login page of the UltiPro payroll portal with the actual link provided by the UltiPro authority with a network-connected device such as a Computer, Laptop, or Smartphone and complete your initial login by entering your User Name and Initial Password. Please, collect your Username and Initial Password from your employer or Payroll coordinator.
Step 2: You have to change your initial password, and the Password changing Screen will appear automatically on the screen. You have to follow the instructions and password requirements from the screen provided by the system properly.
Step-3: After changing the Initial Password, you will be navigated to the challenge questions screen automatically and select from the dropdown list and answer any three challenge questions. Then click the Continue button.
Step-4: Now, You can manage and view all your personal, contact, and other information, documents, and benefits because the Personal UltiPro Screen will appear on the screen. On the dashboard, a Menu bar is located on the screen’s left top.
Further logging into the Portal in the future, you have to provide your User Name and New Password that you have changed after your initial login.
When you forget your password, you can retrieve it easily with Forgot Your Password. The link is below the login section. Provide your Username for getting help resetting your password or your Username and Company access code for getting a password reset link. Your company access code is available in the HR department.
