Ruby Tuesday Pay Stubs & W2s

Ruby Tuesday, Inc., an American Food Service Restaurant Company, uses the ADP Payroll portal for all employees. Ruby Tuesday has more than 32,100 employees from almost 540+ locations, including 11 foreign countries. Everyone can access the portal for online pay stubs and W2 statements, which is available 24 * 7 a week. As an employee, you can view and know about your pay and w2 announcements in detail as payments worked hours, pay period, off days, compensations, tax-related information, benefits, direct deposit, 401 k plan other information. You can update your personal and contact information also.

Registration

First, you must complete registration to access this payroll portal. To finish your registration, please follow the following steps:

Step 1: Navigate to the portal link: https://my.adp.com and click on the REGISTER NOW button below the login page. Then provide the Registration Passcode: rtuesday-ruby and click NEXT to navigate to the next step.

Step 2: Follow the Enter Information option and provide some needed information such as your First Name, Last Name, Employee ID, Last four digits of SSN / EIN / ITIN, and Birthdate, and verify reCAPTCHA verification. There is another way for this step if you are a user from the USA and have a Capital One account. Then you can import and verify all information by clicking on Send verified info from the capital one account option. Please sign in to your capital one account from here and follow the on-screen instructions for this process.

Step 3: In this step, you can create and set up your unique User ID and Password as login credentials.

Step 4: Now, you will be provided security questions in a drop-down menu and answer three security questions from the drop-down menu according to your wish.

Step 5: Read the terms and conditions and select I agree on the checkbox. Then click the Register button to complete the registration process and save your information.

Step 6: Finally, provide your active or current contact information and activate contact devices with verification following the screen instructions.

Log In

Now you can log in to the portal with your User ID and Password credentials for viewing your pay and W2 statements.

And when your W2 statements are ready, you will be notified if you activate or make the electronic delivery option.

*** You can retrieve your forgotten User Id and Password by clicking on Forgot your ID/ Password? Option and follow on-screen instructions.

ADP Mobile Application

You can easily log in to the portal through a mobile application with your login credentials, like User ID and Password, at any time from anywhere. Two versions of ADP Free Mobile Applications are available as the iOS versions on App Store (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/adp-mobile-solutions/id444553167) & Android version on Google Play (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.adpmobile.android).

[NB: The registration process is not available on Mobile Applications. So, first, you have to complete the registration process through a desktop computer or laptop. Then you can enjoy all ADP services through ADP Mobile Application.]
