Pride Stores, LLC is recommending the Online Employee Self-Service Portal as Greenshades Software that allows all the employees to access payroll-related data and documents and personal information 24 hours a day, seven days a week. As an employee, you can change your personal information, such as addresses, taxes, direct deposits, etc. You can access this Self-Service portal anytime through a website or mobile app. If you have a network-connected device such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone, you can receive and print your payroll and tax-related documents, such as pay stubs and w2s, anytime from anywhere.
To access the Employee Self-Service portal, you must register with this Portal. Follow the guide, “How to Register for the Portal,” carefully for easy instructions. Once you have completed the registration process and saved your email address and password for the Portal, you can log in directly.
How to Register for the Portal?
First, open your network browser, connect your device, and go to the portal’s login page using this URL: https://pride.greenemployee.com. You can also reach the portal’s login page using a mobile application.
Click on the “Create an account” option on the right of the login page. Then enter your email address and create your password following the requirements. Your password must contain at least six characters and at least one number.
Then, you have to complete a verification process to verify your account. The system will be sent an email message to your email address containing a link as “Continue GreenEmployee Account Setup.” You have to click on the “Continue GreenEmployee Account Setup” link and provide the required information following the instructions, such as SSN (Social Security Number), date of birth, etc.
Now, you must complete a verification process for verifying your identity by selecting an option from the list to create your self-service account on this portal. The system will send an access code following your selection, and you must provide that code and click “Continue to Green Employee” to go to the next step.
If your entered code is valid, you will be confirmed through a pop-up notification and prompted to log in with your email address and password.
Now provide your email address and password and click “Log In.” You will get a welcome wizard on the screen, and you must give some additional information following the on-screen instructions to reach the dashboard.
Finally, you are on the dashboard. You can view your payroll and tax-related information and print your pay stubs and W2 statements with detailed information from the Pay History Tab.
