Pride Stores, LLC is recommending the Online Employee Self Service Portal as Greenshades Software that allows all the employees to access the payroll related data and documents as well as personal information, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. As an employee you are able to make changes to your personal information such as addresses, taxes, and direct deposits, etc. You can access this Self-Service portal at anytime through website or mobile app. If you have a network-connected device such as computer, tablet or smartphones then you can receive and print your payroll and tax related documents at anytime from anywhere.
For getting access into the Employee Self Service portal, you must have to be a registered user of this Portal. Follow the guide carefully “How to Register for the Portal” for easy instructions. Once you have completed the registration process and you have your email address and password for the Portal then you will be able to log in directly.
How to Register for the Portal?
First, open your browser of your network connect your device and go to the log in page of the portal using this URL: https://pride.greenemployee.com. You can also reach to the log in page of the portal using mobile application.
Click on the “Create an account” option located on the right side of the log in page. Then enter your email address and create your password following requirements. Here, your password must contain at least 6 characters and at least one number.
Then, you have to complete a verification process for verifying your account. The system will sent an email message to your email address containing a link as “Continue GreenEmployee Account Setup”. You have to click on the “Continue GreenEmployee Account Setup” link and provide the required information following the instructions such as SSN (Social Security Number), date of birth etc.
Now, you have to complete a verification process for verifying your identity by selecting an option from the list to create your self-service account on this portal. The system will send an access code following your selection. You have to provide that code and click “Continue to Green Employee” for going to the next step.
If your entered code is valid then you will be confirmed through a pop-up notification and prompted to log in with your email address and password.
Now provide your email address and password and click “Log In”. You will get a welcome wizard on the screen and you have to provide some additional information following the on-screen instructions for reaching on the dashboard.
Finally, you are on the dashboard. You can view your payroll and tax-related information and can print your pay stubs and W2 statements with detailed information from the Pay History Tab.
