Ingram iPay is an online service provided by TALX Paperless Pay. The feature of iPay allows Ingram employees to view and print their pay stubs and change their addresses, banking information, and tax withholding information online. All employees have access to the iPay system. Through the iPay feature, you can print pay stubs or w2s if needed. Therefore, you are responsible for looking at pay stubs and verifying that you paid correctly.
Logging in to Ingram iPay
First, you will need to access the Paperless Pay website at https://paperlesspay.talx.com.
Enter the Ingram employer code: 14722 and click on Continue. This will show you to the Ingram iPAY login page.
Click on Click Here to Login. And enter your Employee ID. If you forgot your Employee ID, Click on Forgot Employee ID and Continue. The system will then ask for your personal information, including name, SSN, and DOB, and click on Continue.
If you have logged into the iPay account before, you must use your PIN updated upon the first login. If you forgot your PIN, click Forgot PIN, and it will ask you to provide the answer to a few security questions.
One of the first times you access your iPay account online, the system will ask you to complete security enrollment and update your PIN. Security enrollment is a security feature to provide additional security for your self-service account. Once complete the security enrollment, you will only be asked to enter your Employee ID and PIN for future login.
Suppose you have locked your account due to several unsuccessful login attempts or can’t retrieve your employee ID or PIN. In that case, you will need to contact with iPay representative or your payroll office to reset your account. Once your account has been reset, you will be prompted to complete security enrollment again.
