How to get access to the portal?
You can get access to the portal quickly through the login process. Using this link https://icon.coniferhealth.com, go to the portal’s log-in page using a network-connected device like a laptop or computer and provide your username and password. Then click on the login button.
After a successful login attempt, you will be navigated to the Employee Self-Service (ESS) portal’s home page. You can view your documents and information and update your personal and contact details such as Email address, Phone number, Present address, etc.
How to complete the registration process as a new or first-time user?
First, as a new user, you must navigate to the portal’s login page, click on the hyperlink “New User? Register here,” and follow the following steps carefully.
Step 1: Personal Information: Provide Registration/Unique ID, the Last four digits of your SSN (Social Security Number), and the Month and Date of birth following MM/DD format, then click on the Next button.
Step 2: Confirm Identity: You must confirm your identity by clicking on the “Yes” button.
Step 3: Confirm eTenet ID: The system will show the Confirm Your New eTenet ID page and click “Next” to confirm.
Step 4: Choose Password: Type your password following at least eight characters long; at least an upper case letter, at least a lower case letter, at least a number, and a unique character. Then re-enter your password for confirmation and click “Next.”
Step 5: Select Security Questions: You must select and answer 3 Password Security Questions (PSQs).
Step 6: Confirmation: Finally, click the “Finish” button to complete your registration process.
