How to get access in to the portal?
You can get access to the portal easily through the log in process. Using this link as https://icon.coniferhealth.com, just go to the log in page of the portal using a network connected device as laptop or computer and provide your username and password. Then click on Log In button.
After a successful log in attempt you will be navigated to the home page of the Employee Self Service (ESS) portal and can view your documents and information as well as can update your personal and contact information as Email address, Phone number, Present address etc.
How to complete the registration process as a new or first time user?
As a new user, first you have to navigate to the log in page of the portal and then click on the hyperlink as “New User? Register here” and follow the following steps carefully.
Step 1: Personal Information: Provide Registration/Unique ID, Last 4 digits of your SSN (Social Security Number) and Month and Date of your birth following MM/DD format then click on next button.
Step 2: Confirm Identity: Here you have to confirm your identity with clicking on the “Yes” button.
Step 3: Confirm eTenet ID: In this step, the system will show the Confirm Your New eTenet ID page and click on “Next” to confirm.
Step 4: Choose Password: Type your password following at least 8 characters long; at least an upper case letter, at least a lower case letter, at least a number and at least a special character. Then re-enter your password for confirmation and click “Next”.
Step 5: Select Security Questions: Here you have to select and answer 3 Password Security Questions (PSQs).
Step 6: Confirmation: Finally click on the “Finish” button for completing your registration process.
