Baker Hughes Pay Stubs & W2s

Energy is at the root of everything that exists in this universe. Energy is the ability to do work, which means converting energy from one state to another, and in today’s world, energy is generated from oil and gas. As a result, many companies have been established in the petroleum or oil and gas industry. One hundred and fifteen years ago, in the early 20th century, the company that emerged as Hughes Tool Company became today’s largest oilfield service provider, Baker Hughes Company. This leading energy technology company has revolutionized energy by designing, manufacturing, and servicing transformative technologies for more than a century to advance global energy. The company leverages the power of engineering, data, and science to deliver products and services globally through more than fifty-four thousand employees in more than 120 countries. Distributing Pay Stubs and W2 Statements properly to Baker Hughes Company’s large workforce is essential to smoothly operating the company’s business. The Baker Hughes Pay Stub Portal powered by Okta is being used to access Pay Stubs for all Baker Hughes employees seamlessly. However, the company still relies on the manual distribution of W2 Statements through postal mail.

  • All Baker Hughes Company employees can explore their Pay Stubs by accessing the Dashboard through MyID SSO (single sign-on) and MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) process on Baker Hughes Pay Stub Portal powered by Okta. For this, visit the Baker Hughes Pay Stub Portal Sign-In page (https://my.bakerhughes.com), provide your Username & Password, and click the “Sign In” button. You will be provided with a 4-3-1 ID, or 9-digit SSO ID, as Username and a temporary password from the Baker Hughes Company. Check the “Remember me” checkbox if you are using your device or want to log in to the portal repeatedly in the future with the same computer.
  • As soon as you sign in for the first time, you must change your temporary password and activate the MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) process. For this, it is better to install the Authenticator app on your smartphone beforehand. Create a master password by understanding the instructions set that will be provided on the portal screen containing the requirements for changing the password. After changing the password, as soon as you get the MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) setup prompt, click on the Set up or Configure button and complete the setup process by selecting the option of your choice. In this case, the best option is to install an Authenticator app on your phone and use it. But if you find it complicated to set up, you can complete it using your phone number or a second email. Then after signing in to this portal, and before reaching the dashboard, according to the MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) setup, the authentication code must be provided to the System, which will be sent from the System to the Authenticator app, phone number, or your other email. Then the Baker Hughes’ Pay Stub Portal system can instruct you to answer security questions before reaching your desired dashboard. In this case, choose a Question according to your choice from the dropdown menu so that no one else can guess the answer. Then enter your answer text in the answer input box and remember it correctly.
  • After reaching the MyID Dashboard, you will get a list with shortcut links to some widely used applications. You will find everything related to your payroll, such as pay stubs, payroll schedule, time off, net pay, gross pay, deductions, contributions, etc., within a specific application from here.
