Lowes Foods, Alex Lee, and MID’s Employees: Benefits Solver self-service portal empowers employees to access all relevant HR information such as benefits and payroll records (pay stubs, w2s). It is designed for employees with a powerful tool to give you easy access to benefits plans and payroll data. Benefits solver and Ultipro have partnered to provide comprehensive payroll solutions. This article explains how to access your account in detail.
[Note: Form W-2 will be mailed to the employee’s home address no later than 31st January]
Access Your Benefit solver account:
Go to Alex Lee Inc.’s official website at www.alexlee.com
Click on Employees. It will be redirected to the Benefit Solver login page.
Enter your Login information and click on Login.
You must complete the registration process to create an account. To create an account, you must provide the company Key, social security number, and birth date and follow the instructions.
Go to the Benefit Solver self-service portal and click on the Register button.
1st step will be asked your Company Key, SSN, and DOB. Enter alexlee as Company Key and your SSN and DOB in the required field. Click on Continue.
In the next step, you will be asked for consent to electronic communication. Select the Yes option and click on Continue.
You will be asked to create an account in the 2nd step. To complete this step, choose a username and password, select and answer security questions and click on Continue.
3rd step- review your entered data. This step will show your information click on Confirm.
You will be returned to the login page. Now log in with your new username and password that you just created.
Once logged in, you can submit benefits election for new hire enrollment, life events, and annual enrollment, view your current benefits summary, your payroll data, personal information, and much more.
