You can also make a direct deposit using this system. The system automatically generates your W-2 statements and other tax-related forms when paying taxes. How to Login?

2. Log In: To log in, you will need a username and password. You must know your username and initial Password from HR or the Payroll coordinator.
3. Change Password: Now, you need to change your initial password. The password requirements will be shown on the screen, so follow them properly. Then click the OK button to proceed to the next step.
4. Challenge Questions: In this step, you have to select and answer three challenge questions for security reasons to make any change in your account. These answers are case-sensitive. So, type your answers very simply and use lowercase only. Then click on Finish to navigate to the next screen.
5. Personal UltiPro Screen: Your name and job title will appear on this screen. Your payment-related information, such as current pay statements, pay history, year-to-date summary, benefits summary, beneficiaries and departments, and PLO plans, is available here. By clicking on every option, you can view detailed information.
