How do you access Sonoco Pay Stubs & W2s online?
As a valued Sonoco employee, staying updated with your financial documents, such as pay stubs and W2 statements, is essential. Sonoco provides a streamlined process for employees to access these documents through the Workday self-service portal. Whether you are a current employee or a former employee, this guide will walk you through the process of accessing, viewing, and printing your financial documents.
Workday Login Instructions
- Accessing Workday: Visit workday.sonoco.com from any internet-enabled computer.
- Microsoft Sign-In: Enter your work email address and click ‘Next‘.
- Password and Sign-In: Input your password and sign in. If using a temporary passcode, you’ll be prompted to create a new password.
- Navigating Workday: Upon logging in, click on the Welcome announcement to reach your Onboarding dashboard and Inbox, where you’ll find tasks assigned to new hires.
Before You Start Working
Complete your onboarding tasks before your first day. These include filling out the I-9 Form, making benefit elections, setting up federal and state tax elections, and providing direct deposit banking information. - Printing Payslips: Select ‘View‘ or ‘Print‘ for the desired payslip. Use ‘Print Payslip Image’ to generate a printable PDF format. Remember, a PDF reader is required for this step.
Viewing Your W-2 in Workday
For your year-end tax documents:
- Navigate to the ‘Pay‘ application icon on the Workday home page.
- In the ‘View‘ tile, select ‘My Tax Documents’.
