Accessing Pay Stubs Through the Paperless Pay Portal
To view your pay stubs and w2s, follow these steps on the Paperless Pay self-service portal:
- Visit the Paperless Pay Self-Service Website
- Go to payperlesspay.talx.com.
- Enter Employer Code
- The SLPS employer code is 13732. Enter the code and click Login.
- Click “Click Here to Login” Button
- On the login page, click on the “Click Here to Login” button.
- Enter Employee ID and PIN
- Enter your Employee ID (which is your Social Security Number without dashes) and your personal PIN to log in.
- First-Time Login Setup
- If this is your first time logging in, you will need to complete a one-time security enrollment process.
- Use your temporary login credentials, which are your Employee ID and your PIN, consisting of the last digits of your Social Security Number and your year of birth.
- During enrollment, you will need to set up a security image, answer security questions, and review and submit your data.
- Access Pay Stubs
- Once logged in and through the security process, you will reach the main menu where you can view and print your pay stubs.

To access your W-2 forms electronically, you must provide consent for electronic delivery. Here’s how:
- Navigate to W-2 Services
- Once on the main menu, click on W-2 SERVICES.
- Select Electronic Delivery
- Click the delivery selection checkbox and then click on “Receive Forms Online”.
- Review and Accept Terms
- Read the W-2 consent disclosure and check the box indicating you accept the terms for electronic delivery. Click “Accept and Continue”.
- Verify Contact Information
- Check your email address and phone number for accuracy, then click “Confirm and Submit.
- Test the Setup
- Click Test Now to view a demo version of your electronic W-2. This step ensures you will be able to access your W-2 once it becomes available.
- Confirmation
- You will receive an email from the Paperless Pay confirming that you have successfully provided consent for electronic W-2 delivery.
Important Deadlines
- Electronic Consent Deadline: To receive your W-2 electronically, you must provide consent on or before January 8th. If you have already provided consent, you will receive an email notification from Paperless Pay by the third week of January informing you that your W-2 is available.
