Deloitte Pay Stubs & W2s

Deloitte is a global professional services network based in London, England. Founded by William Welch Deloitte in 1845, it is now one of the “Big Four” accounting firms and the largest professional services network by revenue and professionals worldwide. The firm offers audit, consulting, financial advisory, risk advisory, tax, and legal services through a network of approximately 415,000 professionals. In FY 2021, Deloitte earned revenues of US$50.2 billion. Despite controversies, including involvement in illicit tobacco trading in Australia and a significant cyber-attack, Deloitte continues to grow and adapt. Notable events include its withdrawal from business operations in Russia and Belarus due to the Russo-Ukrainian War in 2022 and the acquisition of Etain, a Northern Ireland-based data and digital transformation specialist company. Reports also suggest Deloitte may divide itself into two new entities, following a trend considered by Ernst & Young. The firm’s functions include traditional accounting and audit services, strategy consultation, healthcare consulting, corporate finance services, risk management, and tax advisory. Today’s topic discusses how Deloitte employees can update their Contact Info and access their pay stubs and w2s from the Talent on Demand portal. So let’s know about it below.

The Alumni Talent on Demand Portal provides self-service access for former Deloitte employees. This includes pay stubs detailing itemized wages, taxes, and deductions for each pay period; W-2 statements, offering salary and tax details for employment years; and Form 1095-C forms, required for reporting healthcare coverage as per the Affordable Care Act. The portal also enables updating personal contact details and provides state-specific unemployment information and documents. This comprehensive resource streamlines data retrieval and updates, making it an invaluable tool for Deloitte alums.

If you haven’t activated your account previously, you will see a message asking you to activate your account. You will receive an email titled “Your account needs to be activated.” Open this email and click on the “Activate your Account” link. You will then be prompted to create a password and select a preferred language.

  • Step 4: Logging In for Existing Users

If you’ve activated your account in the past, step three will not be applicable. Instead, input your password and proceed to the next phase that involves the OTP (One Time Password) system.

  • Step 5: Set Up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

For first-time users, there’s a crucial step in setting up MFA to enhance security. Two options are available: using an Authenticator App or your Mobile Phone. For the Authenticator App, installation is first required, followed by a scanning process to synchronize it with your account. After that, an authentication code from the app needs to be inputted and confirmed. For the Mobile Phone option, an OTP will be sent via a message or call to the registered number. Once inputted and confirmed, users can select a primary MFA method.

  • Step 6: Complete the Activation Process

After setting up your MFA method, navigate to the Activation Process tab and click the “Login” button. Enter the password you created during activation, followed by the OTP you receive on your chosen platform. After clicking  “Verify,” you will be taken to the Alumni Talent on Demand Dashboard.

  • Step 7: Accessing Your Pay Stubs

On the Alumni Talent on Demand Dashboard, you can view your pay stubs by clicking the “View Pay Statements” link under the Pay Statements menu. The most recent pay stubs will appear first.

  • Step 8: Accessing Your W2s
