State Farm, headquartered in Bloomington, Illinois, is a leading group of mutual insurance companies founded in 1922. It is the most significant property, casualty, and auto insurance provider in the United States. Known for its slogan, “Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there,” the company strongly emphasizes helping customers manage everyday risks, recover from the unexpected, and achieve their dreams. State Farm operates through exclusive agents who sell its insurance products exclusively. Ranked 42nd in the 2022 Fortune 500, State Farm has also ventured into financial services, including banking and mutual funds, via its subsidiary, State Farm Financial Services, FSB. State Farm Bank, launched in 1999, offers banking services nationwide through the Internet, phone, and agents, but it does not operate physical branches. The company’s innovative history includes the introduction of auto loans in the 1950s, a concept developed by agent Robert H. Kent, which significantly expanded its business model. This article focuses on how both current and former State Farm employees can access their pay stubs and tax documents (w2s).
How do You access State Farm Pay Stubs & W2s?
State Farm employees can manage and view their pay stubs and W2 forms using different platforms depending on their current employment status. The process is streamlined through the use of modern digital tools like Workday and the ADP portal, making it easier for both current and former employees to access their important documents.
For Current Employees:
Current State Farm employees have the convenience of accessing their pay-related documents through the Workday self-service portal. Here’s how you can view and manage your documents:
- Access the Portal: Navigate to the Workday portal for State Farm at https://www.myworkday.com/statefarm. Additionally, the portal can be accessed via the Workday Mobile App, which is available for download on both the Apple and the Google Play Store.
- Login: Use the Microsoft Single Sign-In system by entering your corporate email and password. If you encounter any issues, contact your HR department for assistance.
- View Pay Stubs: Once logged in, select the “Pay” worklet, then click “View” followed by “Payslips.” Here, you will find a list of your pay stubs. Choose the one you wish to view or print, and click “View” or “Print.”
- Print Payslips: To print, a PDF of your payslip will be generated. Open the PDF and use your reader program’s print function to print the document.
- Access Tax Documents: For W2 forms, navigate to “Pay Worklet” -> “View” -> “My Tax Documents.” Here, you can edit your printing elections to receive an electronic and/or paper copy of your Year-End Tax Documents.
For Former Employees:
Terminated employees do not have access to the Workday portal but can retrieve their W2 forms in the following ways:
- Postal Mail: Your W2 will be automatically mailed to your registered address by January 31st of the following year.
- ADP Portal: You can also access your W2 electronically through the ADP portal as soon as it becomes available. To do so, log in to ADP, navigate to the “Pay” icon, select “Tax Statements,” and then “Download Statement” to obtain your W2.
