Accessing Goodyear Pay Stubs
Your Goodyear pay stubs are available online through the Workday Self-Service Portal. For convenience, you can also access them via the Goodyear NOW app. Here’s how you can retrieve them:
Option 1: Using the Goodyear NOW App
- Download the App: Install the Goodyear NOW app from the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS).
- Account Setup:
- Click on “I Don’t Have an Account.”
- Enter an email ID and create a password of your choice.
- Verify Your Account:
- Check your email for a verification link.
- Click the link to confirm your account.
- Complete Your Profile:
- Enter your Employee ID, Hire Date, and Last Name.
- Click the “Save” button.
- Access Pay Stubs:
- Once verified, log in to the app to view and print your pay stubs.
Option 2: Using the Workday Self-Service Portal
- Go to the Portal: Visit selfservice.goodyear.com.
- Log In: Use your Go Pass UPN credentials or regular login details.
- View Pay Stubs:

Accessing Goodyear W2s
Your W2 statements are stored in the Tax Form Management system, and you can access them online or receive them by mail. Here’s how to manage your W-2s:
Online Access
- Visit the Tax Form Management Portal: Go to www.mytaxform.com.
- Enter Your Credentials:
- Employer Code: 10521
- Username: Your full Social Security Number (SSN) without dashes.
- PIN: For first-time users, the PIN is a combination of your SSN and date of birth as provided by payroll.
- First-Time Login:
- Complete the security enrollment process.
- Update your PIN for future access.
- View/Print W-2s:
- Navigate to the “W-2 Service” section on the main menu.
- Select the year and download your W-2 form as a PDF.
Consent to Online Delivery
- Enable Online W-2 Delivery:
- Accept Terms:
- Read the terms and check the box to agree.
- Click “Accept and Continue.”
- Set Up Notifications:
- Add your email and phone number for notifications when your W-2 becomes available.
