Accessing Avaya Pay Stubs Online
The Paperless Pay portal allows Avaya employees to manage payroll information online, making it easy to view pay stubs, update information, or opt for direct deposits. Here’s how you can access your pay stubs:
- Visit the Paperless Pay Website-
Go to the AVAYA Paperless Pay website at https://paperlesspay.talx.com. - Enter Employer Code-
Type in the employer code: 11203 and click “Continue.” - Login to Paperless Pay Account-
Click on “Click Here to Login.” You will be prompted to enter your SSN without dashes. Click “Continue.” - Enter Your PIN-
Please enter your PIN and press “Login.” If you’re logging in for the first time, your PIN is your birth year plus the last four digits of your SSN. - View and Print Pay Stubs
- Navigate to the “Pay Stubs” section.
- Select the desired pay period to view or print your pay stub.
First-Time Login Setup
- If you’ve never accessed the Paperless Pay portal before, log in using your SSN and the temporary PIN provided.
