For Current JBS Employees: Using the JBS Connect App
The JBS Connect App is your gateway to staying connected with JBS news, initiatives, and your personal employment records, including pay stubs and W-2s. Here’s how to set up and use the app for the first time:
First-Time Access to the JBS Connect App
- Download the App: Install the JBS Connect App on your mobile device.
- Create an Account:
- Tap on “Create Account” to start your profile registration.
- Enter your username, which is your employee number, and your temporary password.
- Temporary Password Format:
- First capital letter of your first name
- First capital letter of your last name
- Your employee number
Example: Stacy Myers with employee number 123456 would have a password of SM123456.
- Temporary Password Format:
- Set Up Your Profile:
- After logging in, you’ll be prompted to create a new username and password.
- Your new password must include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
- Select and answer 2 security questions from the options provided.
- Complete Your Profile: Go to “My Profile” in the app to provide your phone number and email address. This ensures you can recover your account if you forget your password.
Accessing Pay Stubs and W-2s
- Open the JBS Connect App and log in with your credentials.
- Tap on the ADP tile within the app to access the ADP dashboard.
- On the ADP dashboard, you can view:
- Pay Stubs: Access through the “Pay Statements” section.
- W-2s: View under “Annual Statements.” W-2s for 2025 will be available mid-January 2025.
For Former JBS Employees: Using the ADP Self-Service Portal
If you are a former JBS employee, you can still access your pay stubs and W-2s through the ADP Self-Service Portal.
Steps to Access the ADP Self-Service Portal
- Visit my.adp.com and log in with your username and password.
- If you’re a first-time user, click “Create Account” and follow these steps:
- Click the “I have a Registration Code” and enter the Registration Pass Code provided by JBS.
- Enter your details for validation:
- Employee Zip Code
- Full Social Security Number
- Verify identity through a code sent to your mobile phone or by answering verification questions.
- Provide a personal email address to ensure continued access after employment.
- Create a unique password and agree to ADP’s terms and conditions.
- Confirm your email address by activating the verification email sent to your inbox.
Set Up Paperless W-2 Delivery
- Log in to your ADP account and click on the “Go Paperless” box.
- Consent to receive your W-2s electronically and receive email notifications when they are available.
View Pay Stubs and W-2s
- Navigate to the “Myself” tab and select “Pay”.
- To view pay stubs, choose “Pay Statements”.
- To view W-2s, select “Tax Statements” and click on the desired year.
