Oracle PeopleSoft self-service (ess.wakefern.com) is an electronically distributed employee statement portal that allows employees to view and update information related to their employment with the Wakefern (shop rite, price rite, the fresh grocer, Dearborn, Readington, wholesome panty, and shop rite kitchen). With the oracle PeopleSoft self-service, you can print your current and historical pay stubs, but your recent pay stubs will not be displayed until the payroll process is complete. You will also view annual, sick, and personal leave deductions and change your address, phone number, and emergency contact information.
How to Access ESS?
From your web browser, visit ess.wakefern.com, which will take you to the Wakefern employee self-service home page.
Existing user: sign in with your current user ID and password. If you are a new user, you will have received a letter from the HR office with a user ID and a temporary password. You will also be guided to re-setting the temporary password.
Once you log on, you will be required to change your password. To change your password, click on Click here to change your password link.
To view your pay stubs, click on View Pay Stubs under Payroll and Compensation; this will display a list of pay stubs shown in order by check date. Therefore, find and click on the check date you wish to view.
