From the login page reached by visiting the link, you can choose your preferred language from the fourteen languages through the dropdown menu in the upper right corner, where the default language is set to “English (USA).”
- Now let’s talk about the sign-in process. New employees or users are given a User Name and a Temporary Password to sign in to the Ultipro Employee Self-Service Portal for the first time, usually composed of name, employee number, date of birth, SSN, etc. After successfully signing in for the initial time, you will see three input boxes on the screen where you need to change your Temporary Password to create a new Permanent Password. A clear idea about the length and structure of your new Permanent Password will be given on the screen, which you have to follow accordingly. Otherwise, the Ultipro System will display an error note on the screen. After changing the Password successfully, you will get three options on the next screen, where each prospect has a dropdown menu on the left side and an input box on the right side. Here you have to select three security or challenge questions on the left side and answer them on the right side. Then click on the “Continue” button, and you will get a congratulatory message on the screen and can reach the UltiPro Home Page.
- On the UltiPro Home Page, you can see information such as Human Resources News, Company Info Links, Event Photos, Company Events, etc. On the top right menu bar, you can see Inbox, Preferences, Help, and Log out menus.
- Pay Stubs and W2 Statements: Click on “Myself” from the top left menu bar, which contains all your personal information and documents. Then check your Pay Stubs and W2 Statements in detail by exploring the “Current Pay Statement,” “Pay History,” and “W-2” options under the “Pay” section. Any document can be printed and downloaded using the specific button on the top right while it is open.
