- Requirements: Your User Name (which will be provided by your organization). A Default or Initial Password (also provided by your organization). Saber Healthcare Group’s access link to the Ultipro portal: https://e15.ultipro.com/.
- Initial Sign-In: “Initial Sign-In” is the first step for any organization or company employee to enter the Ultipro portal. Navigate to the Sign-in page via the access link from a computer or any device with a good internet connection. Then enter your User Name and Default or Initial Password and click the “Sign In” button to complete the initial Sign-in.
- Change the Default or Initial Password: Since you have been given a Default or Initial Password, you have to change it, and the system will suggest you immediately after initial sign-in. So considering the security of your Ultipro account, you should change it directly without skipping. Ultipro system provides all the requirements and instructions to change your Default or Initial Password and create a new password on the screen. You follow them, and first type the Default or Initial Password, then type your new password and finally confirm by typing the new password again. At last, click on the “OK” button to save the new password.
- Security Questions: For the security enhancement of your UltiPro account, there is an option to select three security questions and save the answers. In the future, it will verify your identity and prevent unauthorized access in case of password changes or signing in from a new device.
View Pay and W2 Statements from the Ultipro Dashboard
- After going through the initial sign-in, default or initial password change, and security question steps, you will access the UltiPro dashboard. Here you will find various news, notices, announcements, links, instructions, etc., related to Saber Healthcare Group. However, since your primary purpose is to receive Pay Stubs and W2 Statements, you should click on the “Menu” at the top-left of the dashboard and look at the “Myself” page. From the “Myself” page under the “Pay” menu, you will find your latest Pay Stub under the “Current Pay Statement” option, all your previous Pay Stubs under the “Pay History” option, and your W2 Statements under the “W-2” option.
