Step-by-Step Guide to Accessing Pay Stubs & W-2s
- Register on the Pay Stub Portal: The first step is to register on the Money Network Pay Stub Portal. To get started, you must navigate directly to www.paystubportal.com/caspers. Please note that you need to enter this URL directly into your browser’s address bar. You cannot access this website through search engines such as Google, Yahoo, or Bing.
- View Your Pay Stubs: Once registered, you can access your pay stubs by clicking on the “View Pay Stubs” tab. Your most recent pay stubs will be displayed for your convenience.
- Opt-In for Electronic W-2s: To receive your W-2 electronically, click on the “W-2 Forms” tab and opt-in for electronic delivery. By opting in, you will no longer receive a paper copy of your W-2 via US mail; instead, it will be available for you to print or download directly from the portal.
- The deadline to opt-in for the electronic W-2 is January 27th. If you do not opt-in by this date, a printed W-2 will be postmarked and mailed to your last known address by January 31st.
