Accessing Pay Stubs and Tax Statements via the Paperless Employee Portal
To view or download pay stubs and W2 forms online, employees can use the Paperless Employee Portal. Follow these steps:
- Step 1: Visit the Portal
- Go to PaperlessEmployee.com/Braums.
- Step 2: Log In or Create an Account
- Existing Users: Log in with your User ID and password.
- New Users: To begin the registration process, please complete the following information:
- PIN: If you have a pay stub, use the Employee ID found on the top. If not, construct your PIN as follows:
- First three letters of your last name.
- First letter of your first name.
- First three digits of your Social Security Number (SSN).
- Last three digits of your SSN.
- Two-digit birth month.
- Example: For Gonzalo Lares, DOB 12-15-1988, SSN 123456789, the PIN would be LARG12378912.
- Social Security Number (SSN): Enter your 9-digit SSN.
- Date of Birth: Enter your birth date.
- PIN: If you have a pay stub, use the Employee ID found on the top. If not, construct your PIN as follows:
- Go ahead and click ‘Create Account’ to get started with your registration..
- Step 3: Set Up Your Account
- Create Credentials:
- Provide an Account Name.
- Create a User ID (6-15 characters, letters and numbers only).
- Set a Password.
- Set Security Questions: Choose and answer three security questions for account recovery purposes.
- Verify Contact Information:
- Enter and verify your email and phone number.
- Set up electronic statement notification options (Email, Alternate Email, or Cell Phone).
- Step 4: Access Your Pay Stubs and W2s
- Pay Stubs:
- Navigate to the Pay Statements menu on the right side.
- Select the year and desired statement date.
- Click “Select below to Download/Print Full Statement” to view the PDF.
- W2s:
- Navigate to Year-End Tax Statements from the menu.
