Accessing Pay Stubs & W2s via the Paperless Pay System
To securely view and print your pay stubs or manage W-4 forms, follow these steps:
Step 1: Access the Paperless Pay System
You can access the system using one of the following methods:
- Visit the Paperless Pay Website:
- Navigate to paperlesspay.talx.com.
- Enter Boyd Gaming’s employer code: 11811.
- Direct Access to Boyd Gaming’s Paperless Pay Page:
Step 2: Login Credentials
- Once you are on the Boyd Gaming Paperless Pay login page, Click on the “Click Here to Login” button.
- Use your User ID (Team Member ID Number) and PIN to log in:
- New Hires:
- User ID: Employer ID.
- Default/temporary password: Last four digits of your SSN + four-digit birth year (e.g., SSN 1234 and birth year 1990 would create the password 12341990).
- Returning Users:
- Use your previously set User ID and password.
- New Hires:
Step 3: First-Time Login
If this is your first login:
- Complete risk-based authentication by:
- Remembering your device.
- Setting a security image.
- Selecting and answering six challenge questions.
- Change your default password to a secure one.
- Log in again with your new password.

W-2 Forms and Tax Documents
- Electronic W-2 Forms: To receive your W-2 form electronically, log onto the Paperless Pay portal and sign up before the January 12 deadline.
- Physical W-2 Forms: These will be mailed to your address on file by January 31 each year. Ensure your HR system information is up to date.
- Win/Loss Statements & W-2G Reprints: Use the B Connected Mobile app to request these documents. Allow 10 business days for processing.
